Course Description

Synopsis:

In today’s extroverted world, many seem to associate effective communication with theatrical performance. The emphasis seems to be, disproportionally, on the delivery of the message rather than beginning with the crafting of a convincing message. In this “Quiet Impact: Exude Confidence When You Communicate” series, the speaker offers an alternate perspective for speakers to exude confidence when they communicate. Through this course, learners will also gain a pathway to develop their messages strategically and succeed at influencing the outcomes of their communication encounters more deliberately in corporate situations.

These bite-sized videos will allow learners to prioritise how to craft a worthy message in delivering a communication performance, frame messages purposefully, and leverage the visual and vocal aspects of communication to unleash the underlying story of the message.

Intended For:

  • Audit Professionals / PAIP
  • Finance Professionals  / PAIB
  • Public Sector Finance
  • C-suite & Directors

Professionals who wish to find out more about communicating purposefully with their audience in common corporate scenarios (e.g. pitching thoughtfully, communicating bad news, and leading conversations in negotiations) will find the e-learning contents relevant.
