Program Manajemen SDM untuk Staf SDM dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman komprehensif tentang berbagai aspek manajemen SDM, mulai dari analisis jabatan dan sistem jaminan sosial hingga peraturan ketenagakerjaan. Peserta akan mengembangkan keterampilan penting dalam mendefinisikan kompetensi staf, menyusun dan menerapkan deskripsi jabatan, serta memahami sistem jaminan sosial dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku. Selain itu, pelatihan akan mencakup kewajiban perpajakan dan kontribusi perusahaan bagi karyawan, analisis beban kerja, dan penyusunan kontrak kerja yang sesuai dengan standar hukum.


Melalui program ini, peserta akan mendapatkan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana kebijakan SDM dapat mendukung strategi bisnis, meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan kondusif.
