Kurnia Indy Pratama S. is a certified Human Resources Professional with over 6 years of practical experience across the full spectrum of Human Capital functions, ranging from talent acquisition and employee engagement to culture building and strategic HR operations. He currently serves as People Engagement & Culture Manager at Cakap, where he leads initiatives in employer branding, people development, workplace management, and cross-functional organizational alignment.


Kurnia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Trisakti and is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). His professional background includes a variety of key HR leadership roles, including People Operations Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, where he has successfully built end-to-end HR systems, implemented automated onboarding programs, and designed impactful performance and recognition frameworks.


With a strong foundation in organizational development, change management, and leadership, Kurnia brings both strategic perspective and operational know-how to his training sessions. He has led multiple national-scale engagement projects, including the launch of Cakap’s Innovation Hub and company-wide cultural programs, demonstrating his ability to blend vision with execution.
