Synopsis:

Organisations from various industries need to stay ahead of their competition in an increasingly complex and volatile business environment. Design thinking is a proven and repeatable problem-solving process that compels organisations to focus on solutions, and not on the problem.

Identify real-world examples of Design Thinking and describe the Design Thinking process
Develop an understanding of the challenge and surface opportunities
Articulate and prioritise the problem to solve

He has created digital instructional media and conducted various business skills training for corporate clients, with participants spanning various nationalities.A Chartered Accountant of Singapore, Kia Meng graduated with an Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) and a Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) Singapore, and he is a certified Data Science Practitioner-Instructor by IBM.
