This course brings you on a mindfulness journey to discover how you can adopt strategies to help you make better decisions, improve your time management and enhance your productivity in your workplace.

Module 2: Time and Habit Optimisation for Peak Performance

Effective time management and productivity strategies can lead to more efficient work processes, better client service, and enhanced career advancement.
