Ratna Juita is the CEO & Founder of The MindGem Training and Consulting, a mission driven learning and development organization that aims to empower individuals and organizations to build a
sustainable well-being and resilience as a strategy for personal fulfilment and organizational success.
She is a TEDx speaker, facilitator and trainer. She facilitates training in the area of Workplace WellBeing, Mindfulness, Well-Being, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Mastery and Presentation. She trains for Corporates, Universities, Schools, Professional Organisations, and Non-Profit Organisations. She co-authored the Book “Women Empowered: Personal Journeys to Become Empowered Women”.
Prior to starting her own training business, she had a vast experience in Account Management, Marketing, Planning Regional Startups Competition, Event Management, Business Development, Career Coaching, Training and Facilitation. Ratna is passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to rise above stress, build resilience and find their inner strengths to overcome challenges that comes along. She went through a life changing inner-transformational journey through Mindfulness, therefore she dedicates her life to empower more people to design their lives on their own terms, at the same time make a difference to the organisation and community they serve.
Ratna graduated with a Bachelor in Business from University of London. She is a Certified NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) Facilitator and Certified Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) Facilitator. She has been featured at Channel News Asia, Nüyou female magazine. Also recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice, sharing her insights in the area of Mental Health.
