She had been working for PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 9 years and was an assurance manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers Chongqing, a senior auditor of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, USA, Philadelphia.She has lots of experience in IPO, integrated audit and multinational audit in China, HK and US markets and also actively participated in regional and international merge and acquisition deals.She was dispatched to Chinese Accounting Standard Committee and worked for a year and mainly participated in several IFRS accounting standards development program, such as Rate-regulated Activities, BCUCC, Goodwill etc.

Ee Sin has over 15 years of experience in providing sustainability advisory and financial accounting advisory services to listed companies and multi-national clients in various sectors. Ee Sin currently leads both the Climate Change and Sustainability Services and Financial Accounting Advisory Services teams in EY Hong Kong, assisting clients with navigating the risks and opportunities arising from sustainability issues and supporting clients to clients on building an efficient and effective finance function that addresses needs of stakeholders and evolving financial and compliance requirements including integrated reporting.Apart from being a CA (Singapore), Ee Sin is a practising CPA of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and also serves as a member of HKICPA's Sustainability Committee.
