Synopsis:

ISCA’s “Connects” networking series aims to enhance ISCA members’ connection amongst professional peers, business leaders, and other stakeholders. This module presents highlights from the recorded session, "Risk Ready: Empowering Public Sector Governance with ERM", tailored for public sector finance professionals.

In today’s rapidly evolving risk landscape, effective risk management is more critical than ever for public sector organisations. Government agencies and organisations must navigate an array of risks unique to the public sector while upholding the values of integrity, accountability and transparency expected by the public.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) provides the framework for public sector entities to mitigate risks, enabling better strategic decision-making, enhanced operational efficiency, and more robust governance.
