Synopsis:

The course then delves into the nature of short seller attacks, examining their underlying motivations, market implications, and the potential consequences for targeted companies. Case studies such as Luckin Coffee and JOYY Inc. will illustrate common short seller tactics, missed warning signs and how different responses shape outcomes.
