Synopsis:

Common practices in firms can move from a focus on compliance to a focus on reliance and deliver more business advisory services in a structured and systematic manner in their accounting firms.

This session will focus on the systems, processes and people resources required to create a business advisory division in an accounting firm as well as how to structure advisory services and the infrastructure and engagement models that work. The speaker, Mark, has helped hundreds of firms around the world using the Enabler System - the seven steps to success that will drive business advisory services in your accounting practice.
