Mr. Leo Lo is the Managing Director of CHFT & Partners Pte Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of CHFT Advisory & Appraisal Ltd with headquartered in Hong Kong, dedicated to asset valuation, real estate investment, development, financing and ESG advisory with real estate innovations with futuristic and entrepreneurial views. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Business School of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Guest Lecturer of the Institute of China Business of the University of Hong Kong (HKU), as well as a Tangible Assets Board Member of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).Mr. Lo is a surveyor-turned-serial entrepreneur and a veteran in the real estate valuation industry and currently running his own asset valuation business covering the Asia Pacific Region, including North-East Asia and South-East Asia. Leo is also a founder of a real estate technology company which is working on the A.I. and blockchain applications in the real estate sector, with solutions in AVM and tech-enabled real estate analysis. He is a trailblazer in the PropTech industry and actively forges partnerships with PropTech companies in the globe and building up the ecosystem: Asia PropTech. In 2016, Leo was selected as the RICS Excellent Young Achiever of the year and he is also well connected in the society by being a Chairman Member (PropTech and Blockchain) of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao-Bay Area Economic and Trade Association, Executive Committee Member of Shanghai-Hong Kong Coalition of Professionals, Founding member of Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, etc.
