Course Description

Synopsis:

In this third Power Automate Desktop module, participants deepen their abilities of automation by learning how Power Automate Desktop can interact with Microsoft Excel and web browsers. With Excel, participants delve into the manipulation of datatables – essentially spreadsheets inside Power Automate Desktop – and learn how to read from and write to Excel. The curriculum then dives into utilising the recorder function to interact with web browsers, enabling users to automate web-based tasks with precision and versatility. By combining interactions with Excel, datatables, and web browsers, participants acquire a comprehensive skill set to tackle more challenging automation challenges using Power Automate Desktop.

This course is relevant to professionals interested in enhancing their productivity and efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows, and optimizing data processing robotic process automation.

This course (comprises 3 parts) is a series of videos to guide you through RPA exercises and examples, and let you learn at your own convenience.

Michael Gonsalves came to Singapore to join Tinkercademy in 2015 and has over 1000 hours of classroom time teaching programming and electronics to students aged 5 to 50 (maybe older, we didn't ask). He has developed curriculum for a variety of languages and tools, including blockchain, machine learning, robotics process automation, python, data science, cybersecurity, swift, unity, micro:bit, raspberry pi, and scratch. In addition to his teaching experience, Mike has data science experience as an actuarial analyst, computer science experience as a web consultant.
