Course Description

Synopsis:

This course equips participants with the knowledge and tools to align ERM with strategic planning and embed it into organisational processes. By defining risk appetite, assessing risks at key stages and leveraging practical examples, attendees will learn how to enhance organisational resilience and drive sustainable growth.

Spanning across a three-part series, participants will be introduced to enterprise risk management and the importance of integrating ERM with strategic planning. Participants will also learn how to align ERM objectives and incorporate risk appetite and tolerance into business processes. In the sessions, the speaker will also share relevant case studies to dissect ERM practices and strategies used by companies.

Part ONE - This course will cover the introduction to enterprise risk management and highlight the importance of integrating ERM with strategic planning.
