Course Description

Synopsis:

International Standard on Auditing for Audits of Financial Statements of Less Complex Entities, known as the ISA for LCE, is a pioneering standard to address the needs of audits of smaller and less complex businesses. 

Built on the foundation of the ISAs, ISA for LCE provides the same level of assurance as an audit performed under the ISAs: reasonable assurance. To help with the adoption and use of the standard, the IAASB has created the "Navigating the ISA for LCE" video series and recorded a global webinar in December 2023 detailing aspects of the standard.
