Course Description

Synopsis:

This module presents the highlights of the ISCA Web-Bitez Learning Series on "Facilitating a Gender-Diverse and Gender-Equal Workplace from both Global and Local Perspectives".

Diverse, equal, and inclusive (DEI) workplaces continue to financially outperform companies that have not yet embraced DEI values. By creating a fair and transparent working environment, DEI workplaces also foster a strong sense of belonging for all employees.

Join in our discussion on creating a DEI workplace. Speakers will be sharing findings from Mapping Women’s Career Journey, a joint global study by Chartered Accountants Worldwide (CAW) involving ISCA and six other professional accountancy bodies, which will include Singapore-specific findings and recommendations.

In addition, learn about reverse mentoring, a growing practice where younger employees share their experiences on topics such as technology and diversity, with senior managers and executives.

Finally, participate in our panel discussion as seasoned experts and professionals delve into the creation of DEI workplaces.
