Synopsis:

This course will introduce you to bid rigging and its detrimental effects on fair market competition. You will be taking a look at a common platform used in Singapore for bidding of tenders. Through a case study, the speaker illustrates how collusion in procurement can unfold behind the scenes. 

The session also highlights key red flags and best practices for identifying and preventing bid rigging. It offers practical insights to help professionals foster transparency and integrity in procurement processes.
